Sankalpa is designed to easily and quickly allow you to begin a Yoga Nidra session. Perfect for a quick mid-day recharge or as an aid to getting to sleep at night. Try the free sessions daily for a week and youll notice the benefits!
Set your personal sankalpa, select specific breathing exercises and visualizations to include, pick your preferred AI voice, then press "Begin Yoga Nidra" to generate your script and open the player. You can choose from several background sounds and music to accompany your yoga nidra session. Scripts take about 1:30-1:45 to be generated and will begin playing automatically after the opening script finishes, and as soon as it becomes available. Sessions vary in length from about 16 to 19 minutes.
